I've unzipped loads of files without a problem.  But this one file is stubborn.  I keep getting the 0x80004005 unspecified error code.  Is this a W7 incompatibility issue?

·        What application are you using to unzip files?
·        Did you try unzipping using Windows 7?
Check to see if the following helps.
Method 1: Temporarily disable the computer`s anti-virus program\firewall and check if the issue persists.
If no issue occurs, then you might need to check settings within the security software.
Note:  Ensure to enable your anti-virus\firewall back on the computer after you finish these steps.
It is not recommended to disable these settings on the computer.
This is just to troubleshoot the issue.
